I have never purchased this cut (T-Bone) before, and honestly may have never eaten it before - my decision was based on price and the quality I've experienced thus far from Foodshed. This was amazing. I trimmed the fat and used this recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/food-network-kitchens/pan-seared-t-bo... and it was unreal. My mother is elderly and because of her false teeth, often has trouble chewing anything but chicken or ham. Not this time. (Side note: I'm a huge fan of A-1 and will look for any excuse to use it, but I was sorry I did with this - and I used less than a tablespoon!) This might even be a good "starter cut" for people new to locally and properly produced meats - it was that impressive.

Made an oven pot roast (chuck roast) and everyone raved about it. Definitely will be on our list again in February!!

We love the beef from Sunnybrook Farm! It tastes fresh and we've used it for everything from burgers to meat for our spaghetti sauce and burritos! So yummy!

Imagine a beef hot dog that actually smells and tastes like beef. That's what you get with these. Anything mass produced would only taste like salt and chemicals to me now.

I love this product (shaved steaks). It is like the minute steaks I used to get as a young bride. There is no fat or water in them and they cook in just seconds.You taste beef and no fillers like commercial sandwich steaks. One package gave us 4 satisfying sandwiches. I intend to make sure they are in my freezer when we go on our travelling vacation this year. I really recommend you try them.

We used this ground beef to make burgers the other night and it was absolutely delicious. Even with medium well/well-done burger, the meat was juicy and much more tender than what you'd find with store-bought ground beef. We still have 2 pounds left but plan to order a bunch more so we always have this on hand.

These bones (soup bones) and the short ribs made the most beautiful stock I have ever seen! Very rich and flavorful. Nothing out of a can will be able to compare. Enough to last for many winter meals.
